To achieve this, you must first conduct a Needs Assessment, then define the Target Operating Model, the Business Operating Processes, and then ensure competence in basic Project Management for effective implementation.

Optimise is about technology and ensuring you have implemented it the right way into your business.

To help you with this, you start defining the Technology Basics, the Automation requirements, the Collaboration Tools and additional your needs to manage Risk & Security.
